* Just a heads up Bohoers, here is a quick reminder of our cancellation policy.
*CANCELLATION POLICY* IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RE-ARRANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT THEN PLEASE GIVE US AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE. IF WE RECEIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE THEN THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE THEN THERE WILL BE A 50% CANCELLATION CHARGE OF YOUR TOTAL TREATMENT COST. AND FOR NO SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS ON THE DAY THERE WILL THE FULL CHARGE FOR YOUR TREATMENT (and although we hate charging as we know sometimes other things in life take precedent, we’re still open with all our costs going out so we fully appreciate it when clients respect our cancellation policy and kindly make the payment). Future appointments cannot be made or future bookings will be cancelled until such fees have been paid. It’s these small things that MASSIVELY help small businesses so please try to remember that! Any questions or problems with our cancellation policy then please take it up with Sarah - the Boho Boss. Our beautiful Boho Girls Danai, Chantelle, Nina & Maddie are just following company policy when they ask for a cancellation fee 🧡 We also kindly ask that any amendments to your original booking are made with a minimum of 48 hours notice and not whilst at your appointment. Doing this will unfortunately incur the full treatment cost of the original booking. We hope you’ll respect this policy by firstly, letting us know before 48 hours to avoid any charges, and secondly, by paying the charges if you’re asked to!
