Hey there Bohoers, It is with a heavy heart that we will have to close our doors again for 4 weeks (between Thursday 5th November - Wednesday 2nd December) under the new Government Guidelines. We are hoping to be back open Thursday 3rd December but please do keep an eye on our page for more updates! As before, these guidelines will be put in place, until further notice, to ensure the safety of all clients and staff who enter our premises. We will be taking every precautionary measure that is possible in our environment to keep everyone protected, but if ever you feel uncomfortable or believe things could be achieved more effectively, then please do not hesitate to let us know. Your safety is paramount at this time, but we still want everyone to have an enjoyable experience whilst at Boho Beauty! We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and services offered.
As our salon is lovely and compact, it does mean that we will only be allowing one client in at any one time. So please do not turn up to your appointment early, nor bring anybody else with you to your appointment. If this occurs, you will politely be asked to wait outside. This is to ensure social distancing between clients is maintained as best as possible. The only exception to this is when a child under the age of 18 is being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, where only one other person will be allowed to enter the premises.
Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each appointment.
All items of equipment will be disinfected and sterilised in barbicide solution before and after every service.
Disposable gloves, masks and tools will be used when appropriate to do so and all towels and couch roll will be changed between every client.
We have reviewed our service menu and will only take appointments for those services we feel are safe to do so at this time.
It is compulsory for client's to wear a suitable face mask to your appointment. If you forget yours, then we have disposable or re-usable ones that you can buy from the salon.
We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible.
Please do not attend the salon if you have a temperature, are feeling generally unwell or if any person in your household is unwell or is self-isolating. Appointments will happily be rearranged for you.
Hands will be washed before and after every client interaction by salon members, and hand sanitiser will be offered on arrival and throughout the duration of treatments for all clients. You must sanitise your hands on entering.
As much as we love clients popping in, please ensure that until further notice, appointments are always pre-booked. If you would like to purchase an item or a gift card then please phone beforehand to check our availability and we will make you an appointment as to when you can collect. This will ensure that persons in the salon at any one time is kept to a minimum. We will not be accepting walk-ins, so please make sure you book!
We will ensure customer appointment times are staggered so all stations and tools can be cleaned thoroughly so that there is no overlapping of appointments to keep contact down to a minimum.
Whilst we love offering out refreshments to you all, this will have to be stopped for the time being. If you would like to bring a take-away cup or water bottle with you then please feel free to do. We will also not have any magazines in the salon.
Toilet facilities will only be for staff members until further notice so please ensure you have used any facilities before your appointment.
We ask that you pay using card or cashless payments means where possible.
